Ottawa Duct Cleaning

This is the second time to hire Ottawa Duct Cleaning Inc to do the duct cleaning and dryer cleaning job for my rental unit. Matt and his team did an excellent job. Professional, knowledgeable, efficiently, friendly, arriving on schedule. He explained the process and answered my questions. Matt and his team did great job on my residential property. The way of their cleaning the returning duct is way better than the one I hired before and therefore making the duct cleaning so thorough. I hired this company again for my rental unit. We are very happy with the excellent job of this company. Thank you Matt for your great job.

Fast; reliable; friendly; clean. We renovated our house and needed to have the ducts cleaned right away before we moved in. Emailed them on Monday and they called the next day to book appointment for two days later. They were great. Would recommend them and use them again.

Dryer duct was filled with lint and what appeared to be melted popcorn insulation (!) in the duct. We expected the lint but not the insulation. Don't know how the insulation got there.

It took extensive effort to clear out the duct and Matt explained what he was doing and why as I looked over his shoulder during the process.

Ottawa Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job of cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. The crew was on time, courteous, and professional. We appreciated their clear explanation of the work that they were doing and the timeliness of their work.

The team came on time. All of them were very professional. Matt the Team Leader explained in great detail and with great patience and answerd all my queries. All the before and after pictures were shown also in detail.
Matt personally is a very patient and kind human being and so we're his 2 technicians. The office Manger Caroline is also great and was extremely helpful and flexible.
All in all I call it a WOOW 7 star service!!
