We recently installed a new kitchen in our home, and had Ottawa Granite Pro design and install the granite countertops. The service and attention to detail was beyond excellent ! This family owned and operated business was one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Their professional and courteous approach and treatment was above and beyond exceptional ! We have and will continue to recommend this amazing company to everyone looking for excellence in craftsmanship ! We are beyond thrilled with our new kitchen !

I has granite pro install new quartz counters in my kitchen yesterday. From the start in their showroom, to the final installation everything was top quality. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company.

We visited their showroom and shopped from their remnant selections to find a quartz countertop for our ensuite. We made an initial selection, left a deposit and booked an appointment to have our bathroom measured for the cuts. He was 1+ hour late for the measurement appointment, but that was forgiven. After the measurements were made, we re-visited and changed our selection to a different stone. We watched the owner make a note on our customer sheet about the stone change. And yet, 1.5 weeks later we get a phone call to come and install, you guessed it, the wrong stone. We told the owner about the mistake, and his solution? To refund our deposit and not to make the situation right! His reason? He already lost money on cutting the wrong stone and doesn't want to lose more. Not recommended.

We are very pleased with the work of Ottawa Granite Pro. Their work was beautiful, and makes our kitchen even more stunning!

Every step of the process was smooth. We enjoyed meeting Guinka who helped me choose the right granite for us and provided helpful information, and was extremely patient. Peter did an excellent job measuring and explaining things to us and giving us good information to assist in making decisions. And Nick did a meticulous job installing and had to make some on-site adjustments and did really detailed, beautiful work. Pride of workmanship is evident with this company.

I am really impressed with how quickly they came to measure once the cabinets were installed, and also how quickly they came to install afterwards. Also, their prices were much better than elsewhere. I never expected to have such a beautiful kitchen, and they played an important role that you played in it.

From product selection help to the superb installation job, Ottawa Granite Pro were very helpful and professional. There were some tricky fitting issues for the sink and faucet, because of the large bull-nose sill on the kitchen window, but Peter came out to do the measurements and assured us that it would be OK. It's quite a bit more than just OK. It looks really great and the whole operation went very smoothly. They even let us lay out the cuts on our piece, to take advantage of certain features of the rock. I would not hesitate to recommend or do business with these people again.

Our kitchen countertops were done in Nov 2015 in less than 2 weeks from placing an order. We worked with Nick to design our countertops and he was always ready to give helpful advice. We picked the raw material from their huge inventory so we knew exactly the colour and type of stone we were getting before the parts were made in their shop. Countertops were then machined and professionally installed by Alex and Scott as scheduled. Overall, we are very satisfied with their craftsmanship and work ethics and will recommend Ottawa Granite Pro to everybody.

We have used Granite Pro to renovate our last three homes. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and kind to us. We trust their skills and recommendations when it comes to counter tops. Most importantly, they are family owned and stand by their product; not just another company looking to make profit.

We had a great experience with Ottawa Granite Pro. They were extremely professional, helped us through every stage from design to finish. Our new granite kitchen looks fantastic, we also got a great deal on a leftover piece of quartz for our master bathroom. We were not sure how the seam would look, because of the pattern in the granite and I must say we were very pleased with the result. None of the relatives that come over the holidays believed it was in two pieces.

Great family business with excellent customer service. This is the third time we have dealt with OGP Inc. and we are extremely satisfied with their craftmanship. After reading a negative review on this site regarding the final product not matching the sample in the showroom, it would be advisable to select your slab beforehand so that your expectations are met. This is what we did for our project and Nick and Peter were very helpful on that front. A special thanks to Alex and Scott for their great work during installation. Again, a great business which we highly recommend!

I ordered two different granites from the samples in the showroom; dark color for my kitchen and an off white for 2 bathrooms. But the off white that they delivered is black and brown, look nothing like the sample. When I refused to accept that, the owner (senior) visited me, became very rude, threatened me verbally and refused to leave. He tried to bully me to accept the stone. He pointed to the fine print in the contract that there will be color variation. To me the sample is not a fair representation of what is delivered. Instead of giving customer a chance to confirm the actual stone before cutting, he chose confrontation and blamed the customer for everything. Stay away from this shop.
