Parkwood Master Builder

They were very helpful before purchasing the home. They could promise you everything but after that, they could easily turn you down. If you think waiting time at the Walmart customer service is horrible every time when you need to return something, I can guarantee you the waiting time for Parkwood to come and fix things is way, way longer than you can imagine. Apparently they don't want to fix anything after the house is sold - they don't care about home owners, period. Parkwood promised within 90 days after taking possession to fix all issues listed, absolutely no way! After I kept arguing with them, the construction manager called me said they got 40+ houses on going in Edmonton then blabla. It sounds to me they have a perfect excuse asking customers to wait then the warranty will be expired after one year then they won't do nothing to help - plus they don't really want to help - As I said they just want your money. If you are thinking about buying a home from Parkwood, I suggest you stay away. If you are purchasing a home from Parkwood, all I can say is good luck.

I am glad to say me and my friend bought the house side by side. Parkwood has really good quality. But at the same time I will tell Jill Toshac (sales manager) was very helpful. She is just awesome. She helped us in each and every moment since last 1 year. I will definitely say if Parkwood has all the employees like Jill then Parkwood will be the # 1 builder in Alberta.
At the same time Parkwood really needs to talk with Jill St. Peter( interior designer) who was very rude with both me and my fiends and our family. She was trying to finish her work in half of the desired time and every selection she used to tell that I will be back. Look like she don't love her job.

Dale Hirsch is our sales manager for Parkwood Master Builder. He has been helping us build and design our new home in Edmonton. I strongly recommend anyone that is interested in getting house from Parkwood to meet Dale; he is an amazing person. He will make sure you are completely happy with your house. He is always available and will meet you at anytime that you need him. He is very respectful and an amazing listener. He is terrific, smart, kind and a very reliable person. He works very hard at his job and is very truthful, and responsible. He was very supportive of our decision that we made for the house and made sure that it was done the way we wanted to build our house. He has a very good attitude and paid attention to the detail we asked for the house. He will always sit down with you and go over the plan with you every visit to make sure everything is on point and up to date. God Bless him.

We were really concerned about the costs and expenses but your sales manager Ron delivered a great customer service helping us and clearing all our doubts. He helped us like a family member giving us a great deal.

Got a contemporary interior for our first home within our budget. Excellent customer service from Ron (Area Sales Manager) from beginning. New team at head office is extremely reliable and helpful. If someone looking for a new home with beautiful interiors and all upgrades, would definetly recommend Parkwood.

Thanks to Parkwood for building our dream house to our level of expectations especially we like Ron and Adrian for supporting us from the beginning.. I have recommended most of my friends to go parkwood to get their own customize house.

I have been dealing with Dale Hirsch and Parkwood Master Builders for a very long time over an intricate build (WCB involved, land transfer agreements, etc, etc) and it has always been a pleasure.

Dale is always available to address any concerns i have had in a timely manner. Dale, Ryan, Jill, and Dan have been very accomodating to my busy schedule.

The house itself is currently in the final sign off stages after interior and exterior selections. I will update my review as time goes on and provide pictures as to the workmanship of the final product.

Though the home being built is not complete, I am really happy with the work going on so far. The Sales Manager, Dale Hirsch has been so helpful. He has been on my side when we had some issues at the beginning. He has been very helpful, especially because it's our first build.

The guys in the office have been patient with me when it comes to being late with paperwork. It's been an effortless, quick process so far.

This review is solely based on our experience with our Sales Person Dale Hirsch as our home has not been built yet!

We came into Dale's showhome on a whim on day looking for some general information about Parkwood homes, what they offer etc. We also visited other Parkwood showhomes, but ultimately reverted back to Dale to help us in the building process.

Dale has been extremely helpful in answering any questions we have about the build process, providing us with advice and is very knowledgeable. He is also looking out for our best interest and helping us get the most out of our money.
