Bought a brand new defective dishwasher, had it installed and it leaked everywhere the very first time i used it. Tried to get a refund, exchange or up sell within 8 hours of signing for it, to no avail. Was referred to warranty work before i even got to wash one dish with it. The craziest part is that they are still in business

if you're looking ineffectual and impotent customer service look no further than Corbeil Innes Road. This hapless team lead by the Manager is a satellite for the more ineffectual head office in montreal. Their hapless delivery people called the incorrect number as such I missed the delivery and now face an additional charge in spite of the evidence to the contrary. Readers, truly take to heart the advice to purchase elsewhere. If I had read the Homestars on this wretched business I would not have crossed the threshold of this store. Shame on me.

We bought a washer and dryer a few months ago. The washer hasn't worked since day one. In the first month they sent a repair person who determined the washer was 'working to specification', yet our clothes come out dirty with dry patches. Corbeil wouldn't do anything. We tried again recently to see if there was any possibility of getting a working washer, but they will do nothing. We just bought a used washer to replace the nearly new one, and we are still paying for the faulty $1800 set which will now collect dust. When you buy a product that is supposed to do a certain job but it doesn't do that job it is just wrong for the seller to not address the issue. We feel robbed.

If you've never been to Corbeil Applicances you're missing out. The customer service is excellent and personal. I've bought three appliances and I'm totally satisfied. Everything I bought was in stock and delivered promptly and they took the old appliances away. They offer price matching for 30 days after your purchase. Why would you go to a big chain store and wait hours for crappy service?

We bought our stove this week from Corbeil on Innes Rd - the second appliance in a year. This store has friendly, knowledgeable staff that show you a wide range of products and focus on your price point. They show higher-priced options to highlight differences but never push you higher than your budget. Free delivery and removal, friendly delivery guys, and a great experience. I won't buy appliances anywhere else!
