We had these birds (either robyns or sparrows) peck away and get into the original metal screens covering the soffit vents. Got an estimate on the phone and agreed to have technician do the job. Arrived on time and was a good guy. However, there was a miscommincation which was taken care of swiftly and did not result in an additional charge. Technician came back a few days later without even saying hi to us and wrapped up his work + took off.

Would have given a higher score but because of lack of communication, will downgrade 8 to a 7 stars
