Plumbing Doctor The

Had a faulty t&p valve which wouldn't stop expelling water. Contacted Handy Boydz who recommended Plumbing Doctors as they were busy.

I called plumbing doctors and they were very polite and helpful and were able to send a fantastic technician out to my house the same day to analyze and fix the issue. Turns out the valve was malfunctioning and he replaced it and was in and out in about 45min. He was very friendly and wore a mask and followed great covid protocols. Not to mention he gave me some great tips on other plumbing questions I had. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

The guys installed a new service line from the curb into the house, installed new filtration system and moved the softener and hot water tank for us. Excellent, friendly service. They all were quite conscious of mask usage while at our home. The plumbing work was great, everyone was informative and nice to work with. Would recommend to anyone and will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

Called for a clogged floor drain. Plumber attempted to rectify problem for 2 hours with snake and plunger. Called his boss who told him it was a frozen pipe. Charged me 200 bucks and did not fix the issue. Also left my bathroom a disgusting mess. Website mentions satisfaction of clients. Here is on unsatisfied customer.

The plumber came and explained that there was a clip that held the removable faucet hose to another hose under the sink. The clip broke so water was venting under the sink. He replaced the clip and came quickly to solve the problem before we started our weekend. Very good service!

The taps in our bathtub main bathroom was leaking constantly. Not only was the noise unbearable but also we were wasting water. We called The Plumbing Doctor and they sent Steve. He discovered that the original builder put in a weak pipe, so he had to remove it all and replace it with a new one. He explained exactely what he was doing and also told us we have a lifetime guarantee on the new pipe, so if we run into any problems to just call.
