Ordered two windows and a sliding patio door - supply only, no installation. Product quality is fine, the issue was that no one told us that the sliding door would be delivered unassembled - two panes of glass and lots of vinyl frame pieces that had to be put together without any instructions. This is not IKEA so this level of assembly should not be required and at the very least explained to the customer. Felt like they were not interested in a small home owner order and provide better service to contractors.
