It was a pleasure doing business with Stouffville Glass. Angelo was respectful of our specific needs and demonstrated professionalism and integrity from start to finish. This is a good, honest company with great communication. They care about their customer's satisfaction and stand behind their products. The customer service we received from Stouffville Glass was a cut above the rest and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We are very happy with our finished windows. Ordered two windows and a sliding patio door - supply only, no installation. Product quality is fine, the issue was that no one told us that the sliding door would be delivered unassembled - two panes of glass and lots of vinyl frame pieces that had to be put together without any instructions. This is not IKEA so this level of assembly should not be required and at the very least explained to the customer. Felt like they were not interested in a small home owner order and provide better service to contractors.
