ProStar Cleaning

I had 2 cleaners for 4 hours clean an empty house in preparation for the new owner. They were both very nice and professional. The house was spotless! I am pretty particular and when it comes to cleaning and when I was checking all the rooms and the little details, I found absolutely nothing that was overlooked. The new owner had a walk thru of the house prior to closing the deal and he said it looked wonderful and he was very pleased. I would recommend Prostar and use them again. The office staff were also professional and easy to deal with. They answered all my questions and returned calls in a timely matter. Overall a great experience.

This cleaning was sub-standard in my view. I was told the floors would be hand-washed, and when I got home, I could see they clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned. Frankly, it looked as though the crew rushed through the cleaning. The bathrooms didn't shine, nor did the kitchen. I was able to drag my finger through film in the bottom of the shower.

Things definitely looked wiped down, but not with much elbow grease behind it. For $175, I expected better. When they followed up with a call, I told them I was disappointed. The response? We're sorry to hear that. Interestingly, no offer to come have a look and make amends.

Was supposed to be one person for 4 hours, they sent 2 people for 2 hours. I thought it would be great because it's a shorter time frame. However they finished in just under 2 hours. While they did a GREAT job and were really nice, I wish they stayed the full time.

I received a gift certificate for four hours of home cleaning when we purchased our new home. We decided to use them for cleaning baseboards and light fixtures. Jobs that we were unable to do ourselves. They sent two cleaners who were both very friendly and efficient and overall did an excellent job. I would recommend this company again.

Prostar sent a team of cleaners to my home. They cleaned in, under and behind every item in my home. They even cleaned my coffee pot! When they were done, the carpet cleaner arrived and cleaned all of my carpets and upholstery. When they left my home was spotless.
