First diagnosis on my Carrier Infinity system made next morning. All parts replaced under warranty, paid for labour, and a fancy upgrade to a wifi infinity thermostat (which was the biggest part of the expense but a custom last minute request that Hamid was able to accommodate). Everything was quoted to me in advance and I approved.
