Furnace, AC and Hot Water tank replacement
Our overall experience with Maple Air has been great so far. Farzad was a great sales person who was able to patiently explain everything to us from the beginning. The initial plan was to only replace the furnace and AC. After this job was done, our hot water tank had started leaking unfortunately. We were able to engage Maple Air who offered all the excellent advice we needed to get the hot water tank replaced with a tankless one. They also also assisted with recommending a great agency for the pre and post energy audit inspections. We are yet to receive the rebates for the work done but understand it may take a few more weeks.
Since the job was done, we faced one issue where the vent above the furnace fan (where the AC coil resides) started leaking hot or cold air when the furnace or AC was turned on, as the joints were not sealed properly. We brought this to Maple Air's attention who rectified the issue immediately.
We would without any hesitation, recommend Maple Air's products and services to all our friends and family.
