i bought my high effieciency furnace and a renia water system, they came and installed it in timely matter and were excellent to deal with, i would definety go back to them again

The company provided excellent pricing and service on air conditioning. The sales rep showed up on time and provided an easy to read estimate. The installation was done on time and with minimal disruption to our household. I would recommend Dyand to other customers.

Dyand installed our initial furnace and heating equipment, it wasn't until later that we found out that they up sold us on an 80 + efficient furnace that we found out that it was a plain 50% + efficient furnace that was already out of warranty when installed. They do not support their product and dealing with them after they got our money was a nightmare. Don't trust them, check everything out before you give them any money!

They were very professional when they arrived. The service person was friendly and knowledgeable. He began a series of steps until he found the problem and was able to fix it within fourty five minutes. He was polite and had excellent customer service skills.

Dyand Mechanical completed the entire heating and duct work for our whole house. They installed 2 furnaces. Initially, the heat didn't go evenly into all the rooms, but after they adjusted the air flow, that solved the problem. They responded quickly to fix the issue and completed their work right away. Upon moving into the house, the only issue we had was with the heating system, so we give them 4 stars for overall satisfaction. Dyand Mechanical was recommended by our builder and we would recommend them as well.

Decided to upgrade our furnace to a higher efficiency. These guys had installed the older model so we went with them again. The salesperson was very helpful when we were choosing the furnace and gave us pros and cons to many of them. After making our choice the install guys came and did a very efficient job. They weren't that outgoing but they did do a fantastic job installing the new furnace and we have never had any issues with it. I'll talk efficiency over the friendly when it comes to getting a job done anyday.
