This year I had a problem with one unit and called Sam I didn’t expect him to pick up on the Saturday of the long weekend but he did. And he worked with me until the unit started functioning again. He also ensured I would receive further support with a technician being scheduled to service and clean the units.
I highly recommend this company.

This come was very easy to work with. From my initial consultation and quote with Cy. to the scheduleing and install..... everything was seamless and extremely professional.

Cy was very informative and gave me an explanation of the different models . I was able to make an informed decision about my furnace choice with Cy's info.

I recently used Spring Home for the first time (April 2021) to replace a 20 year old Mitsubishi air conditioning split system. All aspects of my experience with Spring Home was excellent. Starting with Sean - the representative who evaluated our AC needs - he explained all the options and provided a very competitive quote. Sean is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He is also a licensed AC technician, so he really knows the business and installation requirements. The install crew arrived on time and did a great job. They were also very professional and very tidy. I will use Spring Home again and highly recommend them.

Our Furnace and tankless water heater were installed by Spring Home in 2009 and everything works fine . Recently , they still take up the responsibility to modify the venting termination of the furnace to keep more than 3 feet from the exhaust of the water heater. We really appreciate Spring Home service

I have had two installations of furnaces, at two different properties from Spring Home. They have been amazing on price as well as installation. Very knowledgeable, very professional and I would highly recommend them.

I use them for maintenance too and again very reputable company that you can count on.

In the middle of winter, our old boiler had issues and was mandated for immediate fix/replacement. We called Spring Home for a quote as we were happy with previous work they did for a ductless AC installation.

George took time to thoroughly walk me through various replacement options. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond by following up with detailed notes of our discussion and estimates. George's technical expertise and professionalism gave us confidence that we were making a good choice and that the installation would be done well.

The team thoughtfully did some pre-work to reduce the in-home installation time. They were able to come over the weekend to take measurements and pre-assemble parts at their shop prior to installation day. This was especially helpful during covid for everyone's safety. It also limited the amount of time where we were unable to use the water or heat the home. We (and our young kids) appreciated this very much.

There was a minor issue with the boiler pressure a couple days post installation, but the team arrived quickly and fixed it immediately. It's been running perfectly since then.

I had my furnace and AC were installed by Spring Home Heating. I also get my routine maintenance done by them. Amir, who did our recent maintenance inspection, is definitely the most competent and attentive service technician I've ever had look at our furnace. He diagnosed an issue, which thankfully is covered by warranty! Highly recommend for sales and service.

Picture it, Friday morning 10:20 AM, January 29, 2021 - my 19 year old York 90 Furnace decided to go into a death rattle (see youtube video - Death of a York 90 Furnace). I called Spring Home and they dispatched a technician to my home within 2 HOURS!! The technician said I could replace a part (approx. $1,000) and hope for the best or replace the whole furnace. We have been a customer of Spring Home's for a few years, so I called to find out what our options were. We decided to replace our furnace with a Lennox SLP98V 65 stage furnace controlled by a WiFi thermostat!. Spring Home arranged for the new furnace to be installed the next day (Saturday January 30, 2021) and the 2 man crew arrived at 9:00 AM and installed the new furnace with no issues. The house is nice and warm, we have a modern 2 stage furnace that is SILENT - no air sound, no furnace kicking on and off, no rattling, NO NOTHING. I recently had Amir and Kiril do some servicing and diagnostic work. Both took the time to explain what they were doing so that I felt a part of it all. Both really enjoy their jobs and it shows in their demeanor and attitude. Great assets to the company.

Spring Home Heating and Cooling have done multiple installations for me and they have always provided excellent service! I first used Spring Home about 10 yrs ago when I wanted to replace both my A/C and furnace at my house. At that time I didn’t know what company to use nor what products to purchase. I did a ton of research, got multiple quotes and ultimately chose Spring Home Heating and Cooling. They proved to be an excellent choice. (see my review from about 10 yrs ago) Since then I have also hired them to install a new furnace and a new A/C unit at my mothers house. Whenever I had an issue/question they would always resolve it pleasantly, with immediacy and care. I have also sent them to my mother-in-laws house to do regular maintenance on her HVAC as well. Recently I had them install a new hot water heater in my own house over the holidays. (my 15yr old rental from Enercare stop working) Once again I just called and asked for Cy and before I knew it I had hot water again.
