I purchased two units from this company in 2018. I dealt with Sam La who was very patient and explained my options clearly. The Daikin units I bought are reliable, and quiet This year I had a problem with one unit and called Sam I didn’t expect him to pick up on the Saturday of the long weekend but he did. And he worked with me until the unit started functioning again. He also ensured I would receive further support with a technician being scheduled to service and clean the units. I highly recommend this company.
