We had to replace our furnace because parts for it were no longer available. After getting a number of quotes from different heating contractors, we decided to use Spring Home Heating and Cooling. From the start to finish we were very satisfied with the very professional manner Cy Goh presented information on the furnace. He answered all our questions and quoted on a number of furnaces that he felt would best meet our needs. As it turned out his quotes were the most reasonable of all the contractors we contacted.
Spring home installed our furnace within the week and their installers, Randy and Jesus were equally professional. The worked very hard removed the old furnace and cleaned up our basement area exceptionally well. Before leaving they explained the various parts of the new furnace and went over the warranty and maintenance requirements with us. Like Cy they were very knowledgeable.
We could not get over how much warmer our house is! Being in our home for nearly 40 years it has never been as comfortable as it is now. That was a bonus in itself and the furnace we installed was a mid range efficiency delivering 96% efficiency.
