9x12 Shed was built in the spring of 2017. It wasn't completed in a day as planned, but only because of inclement weather. Installer was friendly and helpful. He advised to caulk all windows and seal all nail holes prior to painting - which is also part of their no-nonsense warranty. I also purchased a ramp for the shed as it's used to store my lawn tractor. However, after the first pass over the ramp with my tractor, one of the boards on the ramp broke. I contacted customer service and arranged to have the ramp repaired. I queried the construction of the ramp due to the weight of a John Deere but was assured that this is the way they've always done it and it works. After the repairs were completed, I backed out of the shed to cut my lawn and the same board broke a second time. Once again, I contacted customer service to repair the board. This time, no one came to fix the problem. I called a second time, then a third. Finally, after a fourth call 6 months later, I spoke directly to Lee himself who assured me that he'd not been made aware of the issue and would return to complete the repairs. That was a month ago and nothing has been done.
Fortunately this is a minor issue, but I wonder if their no-nonsense warranty would be treated similarly with a major issue?
From my experience, I would not recommend this company simply based on their unwillingness to repair a small warrany item.
