My mom called Hamilton Door Systems to service her garage doors. She phoned to tell me how wonderful the young man was. I called today to tell the company how happy I was that they made my mom feel safe and found the young lady on the phone to be very helpful. Great to see that there is still companies that believe in good old fashion service. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a new double garage door from HDS and had them install it along with a new jackshaft garage door opener. Joe visited, measured, provided an estimate and did an amazing 1-man install in less than half a day once the custom ordered door was finally in. If every company I dealt with had people like Joe we wouldn't need HomeStars anymore.

From the representative at the home show to Joe, the most personable and competent installer, this company was a delight to deal with. The product was fine and as described, but the difference was the people. What a pleasure to deal with!

Called HDS at 8:30 this morning and the tech got here at 9:40 to repair a broken door spring. The tech was courteous, quick and efficient. The job was straightforward and he finished just after 10.
I paid what I expected according to the phone call. Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended.

We were attracted to this company because it is a family business. We went to the showroom on a Friday, talked to Terri who demonstrated the door system features. She set us up for the following Monday for the installation. Joe, the installer, arrived on time and completed all tasks with consideration and efficiency. We recommend this company to anyone!

I have been using Hamilton Door Systems for my garage doors and openers for the last 7 years. As a mechanic, I need a heavy, secure, durable door that can withstand being opened at least 20 times a day. At my previous location, they installed a large garage door with a side mount opener, which performed reliably for years.

Recently, I moved and was in need of another 2 doors. I called Hamilton Door Systems and they promptly sent a technician to measure the openings. One door I wanted installed had very little room inside, but the technician assured me he could install a door with a special track and it would be fine. A few weeks later my new door came in and was installed with another side mount, which works perfectly. The custom order door was also installed and I was pleased it worked so well in a limited space.

If I ever need a part they can supply it quickly from their parts department. This company has been great to deal with. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides great service. I am a repeat customer, and will continue to use them. Great work, Great company, and Great people they have working for them!

Highly recommend Hamilton Door Systems they installed a walk-thru garage door exactly to our specification. Their efficient and timely manner was so refreshing... we were extremely pleased with the service..would use them again in a heart beat!!!
