Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store

I called Classic Fireplace just before christmas and they promised to call after the holidays. To be honest I didn't expect to hear from them but immediately after the holidays I received a call, had the appointment booked and Zack showed up on time and was amazing. We had not used our fireplace for several years and could not get the pilot on. Zack fixed the problem quickly, the repair was done cleanly and our fireplace has never looked better. Wonderful service, Zack was extremely knowledgeable I would highly recommend Classic Fireplace.

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Classic Fireplace. Our old outdated gas fire place needed replacing, and from the moment we set foot in the Classic Fireplace Showroom, we knew we were at the right store. We didn't even bother looking anywhere else. The sales associate at the store was very helpful, and set up an appointment with Josh. Josh was punctual and professional, arriving on time and spending a very long time making sure he understood our needs, and trying to find the perfect fireplace for our space. He was very thorough, measuring carefully, and considering every technicality, even the smallest details. The installation date was timely (within 2 weeks of our order). The installers (Steven and co-worker), were incredible. I was absolutely amazed by them. They were young, and totally debunked all the milennial stereotypes. They were cheerful, hard working, detail oriented, polite (no profanity), respectful and very capable. They did not rush the job (despite it being a Friday afternoon), and did not appear at all frustrated with the inevitable complications that arose during the course of the installation.

We have been wanting a wood fireplace for some time now, and finally decided to move on our project. Josh from Classic Fireplace and BBQ store came to our home and proposed a Lafayette 2 zero clearance fireplace.

Bruce followed up with the arrangements, and the installers, Jaime and his associate, were in and out in a day. They did a bang-up job; the finished product was awesome. We built our first fire that evening.

We subsequently framed around it and installed stone around it. This will certainly be the centre of our Christmas and boxing day celebrations this year.

I needed to have the fireplace cleaned and checked. Zach arrived on time and took it apart and thoroughly cleaned and checked it, taking care to keep the floor covered and clean. I would recommend this company to complete any work that needs to be done.

The team at Classic Fireplace was extremely professional. They came out to my house made a recommendation to not only replace my fireplace but also to manage cost and minimize damage to the mantel and trim. Other companies gave an outrageous figure for replacement and would not work with what we had. From pricing, service to the quality of installation I was very impressed. I have used Classic Fireplace twice for cleaning and maintenance of my older gas fireplace. The team both at the office, Karen on scheduling, and in the field are very professional. Zack arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He has a great attitude. I also appreciate when service people clean up after. I definitely recommend this service. They may not be the cheapest but they are reliable, professional and definitely seem to have great depth in knowledge.

Last year I had a terrible experience with my fireplace insert and had to remove it. This year I contacted Classic Fireplace and Bruce and his team did an amazing job of making sure I got the right product and that it was installed safely and correctly. We are very happy with our purchase and the overall level of professionalism and expertise of the Classic Fireplace staff.

A major windstorm blew my BBQ of the deck and ripped the gas hose. Although I didn't buy my BBQ from Classic, they sent out technicians. they arrived exactly when they said they would.

John and Chris had a new line installed for me and inspected my BBQ for safety, they even put all the parts back together. They were pleasant to talk to and showed my how to disconnect the line if I needed to

Classic Fireplace has installed three gas fireplaces in our home over last two years. The units were fully priced and not cheap, but very good value for money.
Two of the three installations went according to plan. The third had some unexpected challenges ( old house full of surprises). The company worked hard and creatively to solve the problems. All OK now.
The installation teams are excellent and have a friendly attitude toward customers. Nothing is too much trouble. Job site always left clean and tidy.
