I had purchased and installed the awning directly from Rolltec, There was a minor problem that I discovered after two days: The middle support brace was not levelled with two end-braces. After two phone calls and two e-mails exchanged, their installers came back and fixed the problem. Overall, I am satisfied.

I am glad we could install the awning for you. To be honest not the easiest installation with several complications. Enjoy it. Finally we have some nice weather.
