Ayman showed up on time to replace the icemaker in the fridge. work was done in a timely manner so the frozen food would not thaw and all was working perfectly.

We noticed a strong gas odor from our recently purchased gas oven. At the advise of the manufacture we contacted Home Appliance Repair who provided the repairs at no cost and accommodated our request for a late appointment. Val arrived to complete the repair in a quick and timely manner. He was very professional and efficient. Most importantly thanks to Val our stove no longer leaks gas.

In one, efficient, professional service call, Farshid from Home Appliance Repair, explained why my high-end Dacor double wall oven has never worked properly. It's not the oven, it's that my older condo doesn't have 240 Vac circuit. Unfortunately, the sales rep, who knew I was moving from a house to a condo, didn't tell me to check. For five years, and several service calls from another company, I never learned the real problem. I kept paying for calls that amounted to nothing. Bravo HAR, and thank you for hiring professionals who know their job, and the products they service. I'll always need to compensate for the oven, but at least I won't be frustrated, thinking that the unit is faulty. Farshid was also suppose to clean my dryer vent and refrigerator compressor, but looked at both of them and said they were spotless and didn't need to be cleaned. Professional and honest. What more can you ask for. Thank you.

Scott was an excellent technician. He arrived on time as promised, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and even helped me clean the range top before sliding the unit back into place. He kept me appraised of the situation through out and advised me a head of time of potential costs . Scott is very professional and personable . Great customer service!

I made a call late in the business day and the receptionist / dispatcher was responsive, professional, polite and to the point. As promised, the technician called the very next morning to organize his arrival time and asked very specific questions to pre-diagnose the issue. Everald then called back when he knew he was running late due to other appointments. Everald was friendly and professional, got right at the issue and resolved it quickly. His explanation of the problem was specific and consumer friendly. I'll request him by name if we ever need help in the future!

I am extremely satisfied with Merv's service and knowledge of the problem with the electric board of the stove. Merv went out of his way to make sure we had our stove in working order for Xmas. I was not satisfied with the company's customer service, that were trying to be helpful yet evasive in resolving our issue. They were slow in communicating with Tasco, our original buyer to find a quick solution, they kept on sending emails to one another while we had to wait 1 1/2weeks before any action was taken. Then the mother board didn't work again 4 day later! I was not satisfied with the company's problem handling skills and they never give proper info to the customer. But, Merv went w...aaaa...y out of his way to make sure the part was delivered and picked up in 1 day! We were able to have our stove working for Xmas! Thanks to Merv!

Shockingly expensive for a simple repair.
Technician had the part in his truck; start to finish was just over 1/2 hour ... including chit-chat and preparing the bill.
Charged $129 for part that is available on amazon for 23$ (pn 12400035) and charged $229 for labour.
So, a huge mark-up on the part and a labour rate of approx. $450/hour.
Discussions with the office manager (Joanne) and service manager (Val) about my concerns were pleasant but to no avail.
This repair should have been 50$ for the part and 150$ for the service call; not 406$

Our technician Everald was fast, friendly and efficient in diagnosing and solving our problem, Our lower oven burner would not heat up it and it would take a real long time for it to come to temperature, Everald replaced relay board and problem solved. Thanks
