I have been working with triplex security for years... they have been extremely flexible, knowledgeable as well as competitive....
I have always recommended them as well as used them for two, complete and complicated homes...

After checking out a number of companies, I decided on Trilex Security for our security camera needs and I am very pleased with my decision. Every person whom I have had the pleasure of speaking with and/or meeting is both professional and courteous.

From the outset, I was provided plenty of information and answers to all my questions (and I had several). Never did I feel pressured during that initial sales contact. Furthermore, I had positive experiences throughout the installation and continue to receive great customer support.

In summary, the folks at Trilex Security are dedicated to finding a solution that meets your needs at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Trilex Security and continue do so to neighbours and friends whenever the opportunity arises!

Competitive pricing, courteous service, timely and quick response. As a business owner, I'm cost sensitive but also concerned about reliability. Trilex was not the cheapest but our experience has been very positive at home and business. My mom needed a personal panic/emergency response button at home. We almost signed up with another company for this service for $50/month. Trilex only charged $99 for the set up and no additional monthly fee. At the business, I get text messages when my employees open and close, which is great.

This is now our 3rd home with Trilex Security. We have also referred 3 family members who are now Trilex Clients. We couldn't be more pleased with the service. We see them twice or 3 times a year at the home shows in the EY centre and we are treated like valuable clients, which is so different from how our previous company which charged much more treated us. In the new home we also installed cameras and the installation was flawless. Our new system is monitored over the internet and we were given remote access for a fraction of what some of the other companies charge. We recommend this company without any hesitation.

I am very disappointed with this company. Our alarm went off several times and they never call to check. Now I have decided to transfer to another company and then I found out I was stucked with another 5 year contract after we have moved from our new home in 2012. They did not install anything they just activated the old alarm system in our new home and never explained to us that there will be another 5 year contract. I still cancelled their service, it's still worth it. I was a customer for 9 years. I should have terminated the contract a long time ago. It's a waste of money!!!!

We have had alarm systems in every house we lived in. For monitoring, we always went with one of the two large companies. This time, based on friend's advice, we decided to try Trilex Security, a mid size Ottawa based company. We are so pleased we made this decision. We were offered a package that covers monitoring for burglary, fire, flood, low temperature, and carbon monoxide. To our surprise the monitoring was less than we used to pay for basic monitoring with our previous company. My husband always wanted remote access to the alarm system and a couple of cameras but we were always told that it will be $15-$20 extra per month. He got his wish with Trilex for under $4 extra per months. So far we are quite pleased with our choice and my husband will need to upgrade his mobile data plan if he keeps accessing the cameras remotely to check on the house.

We were about to sign up with a large telecommunication company that sold us on new technology with remote access. We contacted Trilex Security just to do our due diligence. The price for more or less the same service was considerably less. We ended up signing with Trilex Security. Our experience so far has been exceptional. They are very helpful and professional. We have sine recommended Trilex Security to family and friends and they are all impressed.

The sales person, the technician, and the office staff were all very professional. Very personable service and very prompt service. Price is very competitive too. Very happy with the overall experience.
