We have been clients of Trilex for many years now and must attest to their fine level of customer attention and support. From the start, Trilex's technician was extremely well versed in the installation and in explaining the system functions. Trilex has promptly replied to our inquiries taking the time to solve any issue. We had recommended Trilex to several friend and family members who are quite satisfied with the service.

We have been with Trilex for over 7 years. They installed an alarm system for us at our previous home and we had them back a second time when we moved. Awesome experience with their sales, installation and customer support. A company that goes out of their way to keep their clients satisfied.

We have been with Trilex for a few years. We were very satisfied with the sales visit and the installation. However, it is the personal service and the courtesy we experience every time we call that keeps us loyal in spite of being aware that there are cheaper offers out there. We like the fact that we can talk directly to our our sales representative or our technician. Overall we are very satisfied with the service. Trilex prices, while competitive, are not the cheapest, but their ongoing service is far better than that of the well known national companies which are far more expensive and treat you as if they are doing you a favor every time you call!

This company made me to sign a contract which I didn't notice that it was for a 5-year period. They didn't communicate that with me and so far they haven't answered a simple question as how much penalty I can pay to cancel this contract when I have to move. This company has mixed policy and deals differently with different customers. It was a bed experience for me.

I have been an existing Trilex customer for a number of year and when I moved I wanted to install a system into my new home. Trilex was great, they came out for a consult and offered me the same package that I had in my old place at the same price. The tech arrived on time to install the system and wire up all the sensors. It took him most of the day, but he cleaned up after and walked me through all the work he had done.

They took my existing equipment out and did not explain that their equipment is for rent only, so when I sold the house with the "alarm system" - I had to hire people to install one. They make you to sign 3 year contract - so if you move to another city or in other words you no longer require the service - bad luck - you have to repay to the rest of the term.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away ... there are much better companies on the market.
