I had called Pesticon to remove a large hornets/wasp nest on the underside of my chimney, and the Administration team of Donna managed to get a technician to my home in fairly rapid fashion. To my surprise the owner of the company 'Waheed' showed up, and came to my property, which is located much north of Toronto, and I was very pleased with his work, professionalism, and task at hand.
