Very disappointed work quality and project completion. They were hired to re-paint a kitchen, including filling of handle holes and installation of new handles. The door re-installers were butchers who damaged the doors installing the new handles. They left the door interiors with huge splintered areas which if course showed when the cabinet doors were opened. To boot, they were quite unpleasant when being given professional guidance as to where to properly locate the handles so that each was consistent from door to door. The doors were subsequently removed to be re-painted and pleasantly reinstalled by Vlas. However the hole was drilled in the wrong location for one of the handles and he did not have the correct tool to fix this while there. He promised to come back to do so and did not. Calls to Jason and emails to Vlas have not been returned. As a result my clients (I'm the interior decorator) are left with one door handle which is unattached on one end and of course it's the cabinet door which is opened the most. Just because of this lack of professional care, I should add that Vlas' staff broke the glass top of my client's new stove. However they agreed to purchase it from her but that meant we had to go through the time and effort to purchase a replacement. A most disappointing end to what I felt might be a good professional contact.
