Windsor Plywood

My husband and I are renovating our basement suite. We ordered doors in October and when we picked them up in November they were unorganized and didn't even have them all there. They were missing the one fire door we needed. The manager said it would be ready by dec 20 and on dec 29 we received a phone call saying they need to get someone else to make it so it won't be ready till Jan 17. we are losing out on another months rent due to this one door. They have been unorganized, untruthful, and we are really unhappy with their service.

I'm developing a basement and wanted to have the doors prehung to match the existing ones. I found it was more cost effective to have it done at Windsor and I'm happy with the results!

Come here for wood trim, and advice on various things like doors, hardware and even flooring. Good guys, down to earth and willing to help. I also found they are a bit more knowledgeable than the local big box stores so quite like this store, and would recommend them.

Windsor had all I needed to put the final touches on a small living room renovation I did. The staff were helpful in showing me the options available for the mouldings I required and were more than willing to help me bag it all up and load it on my vehicle. Highly recommended!

Honestly these guys have one of the coolest selections of wood. All their staff are very comprehensive and friendly. I like that they are local as well. Just wish they were open 24hours day :).

Not only were the guys at Windsor incredibly friendly, they were also very helpful and I found everything I needed there - all at a lower price than Home Depot. AND they fed me chocolate...what more can a girl ask for?
