Furnace Replacement: Salesman Samuel was excellent. New High Efficiency furnace from United energy was around the same price as the same Mid Efficiency furnace we were quoted from another company.
Eythan and Rob did a great job. They even showed up on time. No surprises, which I really like. Not to mention, they were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Samuel will steer you in the right direction: great quality and value versus making money. I have already recommend United Energy.

My neighbor was impressed with them and suggested I contact United Energy. Their quotes on replacing Central AC and maintenance of both the air conditioner and furnace beat out the competition. The salesman Samuel was very easy to deal with.
To say United Energy provided exceptional service is a gross understatement. Sales staff spent the time to review various central AC units available. I like having the freedom to choose what I want, not what the HVAC company carries. The installation went along with no complications.
They even noticed and talked with me about my furnace which I know hadn't been touched in sometime. They took the time to explain furnace maintenance, explain what they were doing and talked with me about things I could do on my end.

Our furnace fan stopped working last winter. I called United Energy and I was told that someone would be there within the hour, and would you believe it? he was.
I was told it would take about 2 hours time and and it did. The work was done efficiently, on time and for a great price. The technician took the time to explain a few things about furnace maintenance that I appreciated. I have already recommended this company to others, as I am impressed by their reliability, punctuality, and the quality of work.

I was concerned about using them based on some reviews here. however our experience was excellent. Our Sales Rep Mike was very good. He came to see us twice, and worked out the best price possible based on other quotes we had received. They even offered equal monthly payments as an option for me!
They arrived at the time and on the date they said.
The installation was painless and they kept everything clean.

My mother in law referred me as she had some work done by them and was quite impressed with it. Salesman was courteous, polite and professional. The installer was polite and very respectful.
