Our boiler recently died so we called United Energy, with whom we have an air conditioner. Turns out our really old boiler was toast and we needed a replacement. Throughout the process everyone we dealt with from the service guys, to the service manager, to the sales guy, to the installers were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I appreciate this opportunity to thank them for what turned out to be a very positive experience.
