They have an unusual design of the tiles that we could not find anywhere else. One of the orders went smoothly and we enjoy our new backsplash now.

However, we wanted a bit different set of tiles next to the backsplash. We saw the ones that we liked in-store in Mississauga. We placed the order and waited... and waited... and waited.

It has not been even shipped!!! We were calling the store several times to find out when it will be shipped but to no avail. After 4 weeks of waiting, we have cancelled the order today. And we did not even hear the standard: "Sorry about that." at the very end of our conversation.

Make sure you choose reliable suppliers before you decide to sell their tiles. Saves you and your customers the bad experience.

As the designer for a custom home builder I bring all my clients to Vanessa to create a package for them. She is thorough and tentative providing products that aren't even on the shelves but better meet their needs. There's so many options in catalogues that every plumbing store has access to if they are willing to go the extra mile and search. If we ever have an issue they take care of it in a timely manor without any fuss. I highly recommend seeing Vanessa if you are doing a renovation or building a home. They are very good at meeting variety of budgets as well.

I came into the store to seek expert advice. Not only did no one attempt to help me, when I asked one of the salespeople for help, it came with attitude that made my skin crawl.

For whatever reason, the sales lady assumed most vanities would be out of my price range and seemed bothered I asked for the pricing. She made no effort to explain the various options or to make any suggestions whatsoever.

The prices are not the problem. The salespeople are. I will definitely not be returning.

We have a small Foyer/entrance it needed to be spruce it up! Had old linoleum tiles , removed & went with a no fuss coloured cement tiles. We had used Tiles Plus in Mississauga before for a new bathroom (full renovation) and we were impressed with the products & sales staff. So it was a no brainer to go with Tiles Plus. Our sales person was Marco , he helped with the tiles & the grout. We now have a Wow factor , plus easy keep (No Fuss) looks great.. Big or small projects this is place to go if in the Mississauga/Etobicoke area . However it's also worth the drive if not in your immediate area

Stay away: there are many better options out there.

We spent over $50k with them on a new build in 2015. After a few months, an expensive powder room sink began cracking. We complained and sought a replacement. You would expect a high end sink to last more than six months, especially when it is rarely used. After many months of back of forth and plethora of excuses from Tiles Plus, they still have not provided a new sink.
They blame the builder, the manufacturer, and even us, for somehow causing a crack in the sink.

They were not willing to stand up for their products. I would have expected that given the amount we had spent, they would quickly stand up provide a replacement. I am sure, if we were mid build, still spending money, they would help us; but now that the spending is over, it seems they would rather avoid us over an issue that is worth less than 3% of our original spend.

First of all you have to work with Janine Keeble at this store. I worked with her when she was at another location in Muskoka and when it came to doing bathroom renovations in Toronto, I tracked her down to Tiles Plus. She's that good. Tiles Plus has a great selection, Janine knows EVERYTHING about her products, how to put them together and seems to be a mind reader about your price points and style desires. With her help was able to get all the materials for a 3 bathroom renovation ordered in a hour - and I loved the stuff and the price. And then when I needed more material (I changed my mind about something), she spent a day finding the out of stock material for me at a warehouse. Definitely the extra mile. Great showroom, great products, great prices, great sense of design and great people. You will not be alone in this process. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We went to a lot of different bathroom reno stores and found tiles we liked in one place, a vanity in another... you know how it goes. Then we went to Tiles Plus (on Dundas WesT) and met their salesperson, Vanessa. She was so helpful, so knowledgeable, so efficient and such a pleasure to work with that we ended up buying everything we needed to do a full bathroom reno all from the one store. It saved us from driving all over the city to place orders and most of the items were priced very competetively with other stores. The tiles were a very little bit more expensive but it was worth it to pay a little more because we were so impressed with the service. We feel confident that we have someone who will really look after us if there are any problems down the road. We would recommend Tiles Plus to anyone, but really encourage people to ask for Vanessa. She is patient, really listens, makes great suggestions and made it so easy for us to put everything we need to make a beautiful bathroom.

We have been agonizing about doing our ensuite bathroom for years. Vanessa was amazing in working with us to pick all of the quality pieces and fixtures to create an amazing bathroom. Large selection of products to choose from. Vanessa provided excellent customer service!

Was told delivery times for this expensive it were 8-12 weeks. The delivery time influenced our purchase decision. 16 weeks later I still have no vanity. I am really frustrated with the lack of accountability and the false promisses.
