i was renovating my bathroom, and wanted to get tiles that weren't so commonly found.

well i walked out of there with brand new fixtures and so many other countless things i need.

Tiles Plus helped me select tiles in the tight two days I had to do everything, even after I showed up on a Sunday, right near closing time. They were helpful with suggestions and they helped coordinate the purchase and pick-up of the materials.

This is the second time I have purchased my fixtures and marble from Tiles Plus. I called 5 years after my first bathroom renovation and spoke with the owner, who gave me the same competitive pricing I received the first time around, with no hassle at all. From there on in, I dealt with Lauren. She was simply a delight every single time I needed to speak to her and I called often (i.e. for questions, for clarification, to return merchandise, to ask for delivery etc). She is very quick and smart and always made me feel like a valued client. I never questioned her ability to handle my orders. When I receive great service, I am a faithful customer. Tiles Plus will get my referrals and business again.

We struggled trying to figure out what backsplash to go with after a complete kitchen reno and Lauren's advice and expertise made the choice simple. Unfortunately the warehouse gave us the wrong tile at first which is why this isn't a 10/10. Thank you Lauren!

We worked with Lauren T at the Castlefield location to purchase our marble floor tiles, vanity and kitchen and vanity faucets. She was very easy to speak with and gave us competitive pricing on all our purchases (she even priced matched with another store for us). We picked up most items from their Mississauga location as it was closer to their final destination except for our vanity which we had delivered.

The only negative feedback was that it took longer than expected to have our vanity delivered. Each time I asked, I was told it would arrive by the end of that week (or the next) but in the end, it took nearly a month to arrive at my house. Not sure if there really was a delay at the manufacturer (in Montreal) or if they honestly didn't know how long it would take to arrive.

when i had asked for a quote, they only gave the price of one part of the shower unit and neglected the price of the seecond part. i was mislead to believe that i was paying for both parts, until the deal was done, and i had a surprise payment.

Purchased our second Toto toilet from Tiles Plus. Melanie has been super helpful with our questions over the last 2 years since our upstairs bathroom reno. Tiles are beautiful but on the expensive side for us unless there's a sale. Definitely a great place to go get ideas and questions answered.

We chose TilesPlus because they have an excellent reputation and very good selection. We were able to work within our budget without compromising our quality. If you want options and good insight along with friendly service, I would recommend going to TilesPlus.

I described my needs to the sales associate, I have a small space in an older condo and wanted to update it. I wanted something contemporary, but not trendy that would I would enjoy,it would add value to my condo, but not be so costly I would never retrieve my investment if I decided to sell.
