The guys from Shiptons were just here to fix our AC unit. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Came same day as I called and I am very thankful they were able to get it up and running.

Wow! Cost me 150.00 to then be told the next day that they were too busy to put in a new AC system. They wouldn't even give us a price. Had their home comfort specialist come in this morning and she knew absolutely nothing about AC unit. What a waste of time and money

On March 31/23, Brian came to assess my boiler that was running but had no heat. He determined that it was the igniter assembly. He had the replacement part in the truck and it was a quick fix. My furnace has been running unreliably of late. It was serviced on Friday and worked fine until this morning. The house was 65 degrees. Adrian arrived shortly after my distress call and determined that the problem was not the sensor nor the intake pipes, but the pressure switches. He ordered them and said it may take a day or 2 for them to arrive. I then received a call mid-afternoon to see if I was going to be at home as they had located the necessary switches. He was back in a jiffy and quickly installed them. He went out of his way to be friendly and reassuring, even with my dog. I appreciated his skill and determination to have the repair completed ASAP. When our old furnace broke down, Scott took the time to tell us our options. We agreed to a total replacement of our furnace, boiler and water heater. Rob did an excellent pre-installation survey and plan of the work. In four days, Jamie and Nigel completed the installation with minimal disruption for us. We were impressed with their conscientious dedication, professionalism, technical skill and knowledge of our complex system which included in-floor radiant heat. She provided me with information regarding the membership plan, and quickly got me set up with an appointment for a routine tune up. Henrik, the technician, was polite and professional.
