I replaced a mattress this year and after picking it out at the Store made arrangements for Home Delivery and for the other mattress to be taken away. Sears Delivery turned up right when scheduled, assisted me in putting the old mattress and box spring in the supplied plastic wrappers, unpacked the new mattress and box spring, assembled it and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The delivery staff were courteous, efficient and reinforced my reasons for dealing with Sears.

After many and hour touring furniture stores in Vancouver I was please the find that Sears has good quality furniture and guaranteed
customer satisfaction. Sears continues of offer excellent value for the money.

They came in to give a quote. Were very knowledgeable and pricing was within in the market. Were very honest and no addition cost when installing to the quote

There is a wide variety of appliances available at Sears, for me though i was able to find cheaper appliances at other places. Excellent Service, the staff was able to arrange delivery and provided very helpful information for my new washing machines. Fast service, delivers next day.

Salesman extremely helpful. Told me to come back on a specific day for a better price. Very good selection of appliances. They carry the ones that have the highest ratings in the consumer guide.

Very frustrating! They really took me for my money. I picked a particular fireplace from their brochure and they brought the wrong one. And after it was installed it did not work properly. They came back to fix it over 6 times. Sears kept sending the same company and I wasted so much time and money.

The lady who showed us the Fridge was very helpful and arranged delivery to our satisfaction. We used our sears points to ensure that we got the best price. It is a large store so if there is a problem they will look after you as opposed to a smaller sore that cannot offer the same service.
