I hid some of my TV components in a wall and needed a window constructed that was transparent enough for my infrared remote signals to penetrate but also dense enough that the components could not be seen. I took my problem to Broco Glass and they showed me a number of samples that I took home and tried out with the remotes. They then inserted the design glass into what used to be a very small opening on hinges and my problem was solved. I was very pleased with the interest they showed in my project and the great service.

Washing Machine sprung a leak just before Christmas. Was worried that I would have difficulty getting it repaired or replaced. Called Trail and gave them the model number. Repair man turned up right on time. He pulled out the machine which is located in a very awkward setting in the bathroom, diagnosed the problem. He had the part on his truck and fixed the washer, cleaned up the work are all in less than and hour. He was polite, courteous and very efficient. This is the second time I have dealt with Trail and I will continue to do so.

I replaced a mattress this year and after picking it out at the Store made arrangements for Home Delivery and for the other mattress to be taken away. Sears Delivery turned up right when scheduled, assisted me in putting the old mattress and box spring in the supplied plastic wrappers, unpacked the new mattress and box spring, assembled it and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The delivery staff were courteous, efficient and reinforced my reasons for dealing with Sears.
