sent 2 men to clean up ducts and one to service furnace. The 2 person team cleaned it thoroughly. The whole sysytem was completly cleaned. The furnace person showed me the whole system with a flash light and mirror. He also explained the importance of regular maintanance and attention.

We purchased a fridge and stove from the appliance centre. They gave us great service and the delivery went really well.

They are very good with customer service. We hired them to install our garage opener about 13 years ago, and we had no problems with it, until now. However, when we asked them to re-install a new one, the service they provided was just as great. Although there was a fee to remove the old one, the were able to answer all our questions in regards to warranty, quality, and anything else we asked without hestiation. The price was decent in comparison to the other repair shops we called. We would definitely call them again for future repairs and services and we highly recommend their service to everyone.

I bought my laundry machine at this location. Sales Representatives at the department provided excellent service. He explained every possible detail I needed to know about the product. However, the delivery service is not as good as the customer service. The delivery guys seemed very unwilling to help.

Sears is a trusted store for me - I have had a number of positive experiences there, and have bought lots of home decor stuff there, and even some furniture. Lately, however, I have been feeling that their prices aren't too competitive - I have found things to be much more expensive than some other department stores. I still shop there during sale times, however, as their merchandise is good quality and I have never been disappointed with a purchase made at Sears. I'm just not sure how they plan to keep doing business without competitive pricing. Perhaps their prices will come down in the near future - here's hoping!

I always purchase electronics and appliances from Sears because I know if something breaks down they will fix it properly

Ordered product from the catalogue, advised delivery the following week between 8am & 6pm. Delivery made by 9am. The product was damaged but we were able to return it based on the phone call and it was replaced the following week. Very pleased with the service and all staff were very friendly.

Sears has always been my number one retailer for all appliences. Love their selection and prices.
