We renewed all of our appliances. The biggest benefit is you can price match and receive and additional discount. There are two disadvantages.
1. Not the entire product where in stock. They had to delivery them as they became available.
2. The delivery company is a 3rd part company, you’ll better make sure that you inspect anything and everything. Including from your entrance door, floors and all four sides on your appliances. The delivery guys screw driver slipped and scratch the fridge and they damaged the bottom of the range which I have accidently noticed it as the lower door didn’t opened up. I have all noted these two things and also indicated “Subjected to future inspection”. Made a claim and received a $500 gift card from Sears. It worth the hassle at the end of the day. Just be careful with the prices and inspection upon delivery.

the sales person we had was very knowledgeable and helpful. on top of that, he didn't push us to go for the more expensive ones. the final price came $1k under our original budget. it saved us alots of time shopping around. he was very patient with us even after the sale transaction was completed. keep up the great job, Johnny.

I went to Sears to order a washer, dyer, fridge, and freezer. The sales staff are very knowledgeable. I had trouble with the first fridge I had order. I was too big. The delivery people would even try to get it in. I called the sales person and he said that he would ship it out with another delivery person and sure enough they got it to fit. Great service.

I have ever purchased a gas range at Sears, the back panel, the over door1 have been dented which I complained but they refused to replace it in the beginning, i have to talk to their store manager and show him all pictures to prove how seriously damaged, then they changed a new one for me.

I have recommend this company in particular. I love the customer service. No problems at all, they don't charge us the delivery. They remove all the cardboard and all the packages and the installation was good.

The service was good, they answered all our questions. The delivered was for free and they were on time. We bought a guaranty for three years. The customer service was good. The prices matched with the competitors.

Sears offers good services but the product is a little expensive. The location is convenient. But it is too expensive. The project completed on time. They subcontract to other company. As a result, we need to monitor the installation

Went in to shop for a washer and dryer. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us exactly what we needed. Delivery time was on time and as promised. Would shop there again.

Well I did'nt get any surprise with my purchase of a dishwasher and stove. I checked Comsumers Report first and I'm quite satified. They were delivered on time and the delivery men were very careful during the delivery and setting up.
Why did I give Sears a 6 instead of a 10? It's because of the 20% restocking fee if you have to return major appliances that 20% can hit pretty hard when your purchase is over $1,000.00.

We went to sears to buy a new fridge. The salesman was excellent. He matched the price for the same fridge we got at another big store. We had to service it a few weeks later and it wasn't a problem. Sears was excellent!
