Very pleased with the work done.
The rep, Jeffery, explained things in great detail, including acknowledging the potential for "surprises". So when our asphalt unexpectedly had a layer of 75-year-old concrete underneath it (necessitating extra drilling and more $), we were ready to take it in stride.
Team itself was efficient and courteous- everything one should expect- and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time, even including the extra drilling.
Cleanup was satisfactory. Only very minor concerns (dirt from boots on an inside staircase and floor) hold the review back from a perfect score. 4.5/5 would be more accurate.
