Good work and communication with client
Very pleased with the work done. The rep, Jeffery, explained things in great detail, including acknowledging the potential for "surprises". So when our asphalt unexpectedly had a layer of 75-year-old concrete underneath it (necessitating extra drilling and more $), we were ready to take it in stride. Team itself was efficient and courteous- everything one should expect- and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time, even including the extra drilling. Cleanup was satisfactory. Only very minor concerns (dirt from boots on an inside staircase and floor) hold the review back from a perfect score. 4.5/5 would be more accurate.
