Adt Protectron - Out of Business

5 years ago we signed a 3 year contract for the home security system.
After our 3 years was up they still continue to steel $30 a month from my account. I've contacted them 3 times to stop taking money that we DO NOT OWE and 3 times I got the run around. It's been 2 years since our contract ended and they are STILL taking $30 a month from my account!!! I've spoken with the bank and they can't seem to do anything. It's getting to the point where I am going to have to cancel all my bank accounts and open new ones just to get these guys to stop steeling from me!!!

reliance is a good company ..... i got system last july 2012 ... and the services totaly good . i had problem with my motion once i call my provider and the other the guy come to my house and change the motion sensor with the new one . reliance i best like services and good take care of there customer's

We used to have ADT for our alarm protection and after having poor service decided to switch to protectron. Glad we did. The customer service we received was amazing. The prices compared to what we had was definitely worth the switch. We were saving almost $20 a month. The salesman that came to our house knew how to answer all of our questions and was able to offer us exactly what we wanted. Glad we made the switch. I would recommend Protectron to anyone who would ask/

I have had issues with my security system since July 2012. I have had 4 technicians visit me to try and fix the issue and they cannot. Customer service flat out tells me "we don't know how to resolve the issue". No manager has returned my calls eventhough they said they would. Do your research before you consider reliance!

The most un-proffessional company I have ever dealt with. Agreed to a 3 year contract and now have no service, no return calls from a Customer Service Supervisor, No return call from Tech Support, No return call from Sales. Have spoken to customer service twice in two days and have been given a different excuse (response) each time. Very unreliable company.

Monthly rate was higher than competition and cancellation was a hassle charging me 3 extra months. Overall the first contract that I signed up for I received good service and a ton of security features for my home, but in the end I found a cheaper alternative.

Okay, so one month I was late with payments so they charged me a late fee, which I was fine with. But in the following month I was charged $650.00 for cancelling my alarm service. I am the only one who knows the credentials to my Reliance account and I did NOT opt to cancel the contract. After an hour long conversation and another hour of being put on hold, I was finally able to get rid of the $650 dollar payment.

Just called to have my system changed from Land line
to cell phone Was told by the salesman , it would be a matter of paying the additional 5.00 per month. I'm told now 288.00 and 10.00 extra per month for a "GSM". !!! Asked what "GSM" meant and he couldn't tell me.
Salesman stories and the office are not in sync. Will cancel contract

I recently asked for a quote done for my house and I was surprised to see no charge for the inspection of the home in order to give me a quote. Friendly staff, mulling over the offer as we speak.

I recently terminated the 3 year contract that I had with Protectron and I agreed to pay out the 3 months that I had remaining on the contract as a lump sum. Instead of taking the amount by direct withdrawal or telling me that I had to send a check, they sent my information to a collection agency! I've never been late on a payment with them before. They should have told me to pay in a specific manner when I was on the phone with them. I paid the collection agency right away but the amount I paid was more expensive because I likely had to pay for the collection agency fees as well. This was a horrible experience.
