We used to have ADT for our alarm protection and after having poor service decided to switch to protectron. Glad we did. The customer service we received was amazing. The prices compared to what we had was definitely worth the switch. We were saving almost $20 a month. The salesman that came to our house knew how to answer all of our questions and was able to offer us exactly what we wanted. Glad we made the switch. I would recommend Protectron to anyone who would ask/

I have to say the best customer service I have ever received is with Leons. It was a little difficult in the begining to get a sales rep to help us out. Two gentlemen just watched us walk on by (in 2 different visits) however in both cases a wonderful lady offered her help and was very nice and knew exactly what we were looking for. Both times we visited the store we left with what we were looking for. We purchased a brand new couch and end tables and a leather chair. Delivery was on time as promised. The nice things about this is when you purchase from Leons a few weeks later you get a nice personalized card in the mail, a handwritten (not pre-printed) thank you card. Does not seem like much but that fact that she remembered my family and thanked us for giving her the opportunity to assist us is great. We should be thanking her for helping us, unlike those 2 gentlemen standing at the door waiting for customers of their liking to arrive.

after the house renovations we needed a good duct cleaning. We contacted a few places and Air Net was the best for competitive prices. They were on time and thorough with their cleaning. I was very satisfied. In comparision to other cleaning company's I would definitely call them again.

From the moment I stepped foot into the store the service was fantastic. Our client service rep was very knowlegable. He provided us with his opinion on quality and why including demonstrations. We were very impressed with the different range of quality to suite all our needs. With his help we were able to stay within budget and bought all our new laminate flooring and carpet. I can also say the installation service was also great. Alot of friendly service. We referred our neighbours as they were finishing their basement as well and their service was just a great.
