Adt Protectron - Out of Business

We have been with ADT-Protectron for quite a while now. We have no issues with our service. False alarms are easily deactivated without any issues. Your agents respond quickly if there is an issue to be dealt with.

ADT promised to install a wireless monitored system.
After inspecting the wireless signal in my area and installing an alarm system, the technician informed me that no wireless coverage and the monitoring of my system is NOT reliable.
Called several times to have the system working and monitored. NO ONE CARE regardless many phone calls and leaving a voice message to the manager. ADT charged me for the installation ($ 1050) and continue to charge me the monthly MONITORING Fees !!

I have been with ADT-Protectron for quite a while now. So far, I have no complaints regarding ADT-Protectron. They have always responded quickly when I've had any problems. Their customer service is great.

When I occupied my last home, there was an existing contract with Protectron ( before ADT ) for a period of 18 months, as I was told by the existing owners. However, I got roped in for approx; 4 years contract period.

I sold my residence after approx; 3 years. I was told that the existing contract would have been assumed by the new owners until several days later I was informed by ADT that the new owners were not interested.

I was informed by ADT that one year was remaining on my contract that I have to pay for the same.

Meanwhile, I discovered that ADT had existing equipment on my new residence, and I was informed that the system would be turned on and utilized for the remaining period of my contract. ADT technician was unable to activate present system, and wanted $1200.00 to install new equipment, which I refused. Yet, they sent me a bill to cover the remaining period of my contract.

I have no complaints with ADT-Protectron. I spoke to one of your agents, Andre Parizeau a few times. I was impressed with his exceptional customer service skills and his willingness to help. His professionalism and desire to provide excellent customer service is one of the reasons we extended our contract.

I have been with ADT-Protectron for a few years now. When they installed my system, the Service I received was great. The technician was very good at explaining the use of the system.

From a poor programming error that cost us dearly to a promise not fulfilled to upgrade our system to a final straw of a false alarm that didn't report properly to show cancellation/disarming. And finally 2 emails and Several phone calls to see about upgrading I am done with ADT Protectron. Fair is fair and 3 chances to show that they can or care is enough at this point. I'm changing monitoring companies now as it's clear that I am not valued here

I have been with ADT-Protectron for several years. I really enjoy having an alarm system in my residence. It is a very effective system that is not complicated to use. I would recommend ADT-Protectron to anyone thinking of getting an alarm system.
