These guys really know what they are doing. Joe provided excellent service from planning to commissioning of our snowmelter system. He is knowledgeable, honest and very organized which made coordination with the concrete crew seamless. Joe made sure that we understood all the details of the operation of our system and is always available to help us if we have any questions. Now we can watch our neighbours struggling to clear their driveways while we watch our snowfree driveway from the comfort of our home.

We recently converted the heating in our house from oil to gas and Joe helped us every step of the way. He provided assistence in our gas line application prior to agreeing on the contract. During the installation, my wife went into labour and Joe and his crew took care of everything and left the house in good shape at the end of the job. Premi Air dealt with our water tank "emergency" promptly. Their staff is knowledgeable and courteous. When it was determined a replacement tank was required they quoted and installed immediately.
