We had Power Vac come to clean out the ducts after our basement renovation and they were great. Both techs were courteous and professional, explaining what needed to be done. They wore covers on their shoes to prevent dirt on our floors and also placed protective materials in the hall and stairs leading to the furnace to prevent any damage or dirt to our floors. They’re were efficient and it seemed to take no time at all. Norine, who we initially contacted, was also very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the process, etc. A great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service! Thanks for a job well done and value for the money.

Norine was super friendly and efficient doing the estimate -she was so knowledgeable- and took the time to educate me about the issues I had and the process for resolving them. Her team showed up as expected and on time. They were friendly and also very efficient and walked me through their work at the end. It was clear that everyone took a lot of pride in their work. Started with an attic clean out of insulation that was contaminated from pests. Then asbestos that increases scope of work and price. Handled it very well and came up with solutions to help with the inconvenience of not having access to bathroom etc. Great guys and Norine was wonderful!!!
