David's customer service skills are impeccable. So refreshing to deal with someone who knows their products and communicates the processes involved in detail. He was very easy to work with, and everything promised was delivered. The work area was cleared away and it was difficult to tell anyone had been there. We are very pleased with the service/installation and the product we received. All the staff we dealt with were professional. We have more windows to be replaced and will offer the work to them. We are looking forward to dealing with David and Consumers Choice Home Improvements, again.

We needed 7 windows replaced in our 75 year old home. We shopped around extensively and settled on Consumer's Choice based on value for dollar and price. The sales rep, Jason, understood our needs immediately & suggested some cost savings. We chose triple glazed casement & 2 single hung for the rear bedrooms. The installation was quick and clean and follow up on 1 faulty mechanism was about 2 weeks. Overall we're quite satisfied and find the triple glazed windows noticeably quieter.

Excellent experience all round I.e. From my initial phone call to the installation. Even though it was only 1 window that had to be replaced, the treatment received was first class. The window was delivered and installed as promised - in both a timely and courteous manner. Great to deal with an organization that delivers/follows through on it's commitments.

We needed to replace the builder supplied patio doors and specifically wanted the built in blinds included. I had three companies come to quote and decided on Consumers Choice and couldn't be more pleased. They were on time with delivery and installation and the price was less than the competitors. The installers were extremely professional and did an amazing job considering there were issues from the builders. The work area was cleaned they left with us being very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed new patio doors. Thank you!

Came by to do an initial survey of the window that we were looking to get done. A technician came by a few weeks later to double-check original measurements and ensure that the window would be installed properly. Day of installation was quick and individual was very professional and polite and ensured proper cleanup.
Discount was given at the time we signed up, which made them the most cost efficient option for us. Will definitely go back to get our remaining windows done.

I needed to replace a window that it's seal was broken and it was collecting water between the two glass panes.
I found Consumers Choice and they replaced it for me.

The crew that came were very professional. After installing the window they cleaned everything making sure all screws were covered. All I need to do now is just paint. I am convinced I chose the right company

We had our patio door and all windows in our semi-detached replaced, and California shutters installed in June. My dad gave my name at the Home Show, and Mike came over to give us a quote. I did not get other quotes (due to lack of time...) and decided to go with this company after reading reviews on this site. Mainly because of this, my husband was quite worried from the time we signed the contract until the work was completely finished. I had to contact the company's office several times (because of my husband), just to make sure that I'm really getting the Home Show special, and that everything was on track, and Nathalie was always very quick to return my emails and let me know the status of my order. The other staff I've dealt with have also been very professional and courteous. Danilo who installed my windows and patio doors did a very nice job. One of the screens had a tiny imperfections, and he changed it for me right away. Chris who installed my shutters, took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the shutters (i.e. difference between having them inside or outside the window frame, with or without borders, with or without dividers, etc.) I am especially glad that Chris was able to come and take measurements the same day that Danilo finished installing my windows, and because both were here, they were able to make sure that the shutters in my master bedroom had a better fit than what would originally have been the case. If Danilo had completely finished that bay window in the master bedroom, my shutters would have slightly protruded from the window frame. Not a big deal, but since they explained it to me, I was able to appreciate the difference it made. All in all, we were very satisfied with the workmanship and the service. The only negative thing my husband had to say was that he thought the handle on the patio door seems a bit flimsy, so he's wondering how long it's going to last, but this could be just his impression... Time will tell, I guess... I have already recommended this company to two of my friends, and one of them has already signed a contract with Consumer's Choice for windows.
