The whole experience with Consumers Choice has been fantastic! The salesman, installers and office staff have been nothing but fabulous! I am extremely satisfied with the service; especially the installation! Those guys were great. The windows and doors look great. I have absolutely no complaints about this experience. Hands down, these guys are the best! Do yourself a favour, if you're in the market for doors and/or windows don't overlook this company. You won't be sorry!

We had Consumers Choice do the windows in our living room and front of our house. We were very impressed and love them. We will definitely be using Consumers Choice again.

I waited a considerable time for my installation but I was in no hurry so not a problem. Quote was on the high side from five estimates but went with reviews. When window arrived, I knew that it was already too small compared to what I wanted. Let me explain...I requested a 54in by 76in window which required having the bricks cut out. The installer insisted the window would be too low and recommended I put in a 48 inch long window. I did not agree but he convinced me. When I looked at the window before installation, I knew it was too small (it was actually 46 x74), but we were committed.
During installation, the window was being installed too low and I insisted installer raise it...he agreed. The installation was excellent and I do not have any complaints. Fortunately, I know how to do drywall and ended up having to finish it myself. I have read previous posts of people getting stuck having to do the rest of the drywall themselves, which is not right...window should be completely finished!
The more I looked at the window, the more it bothered me that it was too small. I phoned Stan and complained about the window being too small and after a lengthy discussion, Stan said that his top priority was customer satisfaction and he wanted to ensure I was happy. I was told I would get a hefty discount from future window installation by Consumers. I was not happy about my window but it would involve way too much work to enlarge it and that would have been unreasonable so I agreed I would take him up on a future deal.
This past spring, I called Stan and we had several discussions and two estimates to install more windows. I was VERY disappointed that Stan did not live up to his word and give me a reasonable discount....how do I know? I called three other reputable companies with products similar or superior to Consumers windows and their prices were almost the same as Stan's "amazing price that no one will beat". To add insult to injury, when I was about to just go for it and get it done, I find out that the frame would not be included and only the windows themselves would be replaced! My home is 13 years old and the windows were the very cheap builders windows. How can they leave the frames in when they are wood and not sure if they were even installed properly in the first place?
I have had numerous friends visit my home and when I ask them if they see anything wrong with the window, almost everyone of them has stated, after a long look, that the window should be bigger.
I could have accepted the situation more if Stan gave me an honest price for the new windows, AND, that they came with the wood frames!!!

In conclusion, I am NOT a satisfied customer and will NOT recommend this company.

Once again I'm a happy customer with Consumers Choice. Had my kitchen window replaced to the style and liking of my choice with no hesitation. The staff were professional and did a great job from start to finish. They showed up on time to install and left within the time they said they would. I would highly recommend them.

Professional from start to finish. Sales rep was amazing took the time to answer all our questions, provided suggestions that would save us money. The installers were also professional, kept the place clean and cleaned up after the work was completed. The windows and finish looks great.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very helpful and informative crew. I'd highly recommend them. We are doing home improvements in preparation to sell our Toronto home. Ben who initially met with us was very helpful. Jerry kept us informed as to the scope and details of the project on an as need basis. When more supplies were needed - e.g. tiles, they quickly took care of it. The real estate agent who is selling our home thought the work excellent - as do we.

I was very impressed with Mike, the energy saving consultant and Filip, the installation expert. Both were very good listeners and went the extra mile to meet our specific needs. Filip even helped me
remove one of the blinds which I couldn't do. The windows were installed with care and any construction mess was cleaned up. I didn't have to do anything except enjoy the view of my garden through sparkling clean windows. I would definitely recommend Consumers . The customer service is awesome.

My husband and I had a great experience with Consumer's Choice. The rep, Francis, was very helpful and informative, and helped us select the best windows for our needs, without us ending up paying for bells and whistles and options that we really didn't need.
He came over and gave us a quote and an idea of when the work would start. After meeting with him and deciding to move forward, he followed up with an email the following week with energy saving tips and incentives from Toronto Hydro, which I thought was really great.
The office called about 6 - 8 weeks later to schedule for right around when Francis said the work could happen. The installers arrived on the day-of as scheduled, and work was completed within a few hours on windows in our master bedroom and the basement. The installers were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves, and walked me through operation of the windows before leaving. We've been happy with our new windows ever since. We would definitely work with Consumers Choice again.

The installers arrived on time, worked steadily and were polite and professional. The new doors were complicated to install - replacing the framing for one and including an arched window for the other and both look fantastic.
