My Whirlpool washing machine was on the fritz giving some odd error code on the panel. Whirlpool was clueless when I called them for help on finding out what it was and how to remove it.

Mario the technician came out and was able to diagnose the error code and remove it. He replaced the water pump and my washer is back to running full time for our big family.

Great experience. Our washer stopped draining and with several kids in the house, you can imagine we needed it fixed properly and fast. The serviceman Mario was out to our house after a call and fixed our washer. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Would use them again for business.
