I used Mayday to have the drain inspected on an old house that I'm purchasing, and it was great to have my fears addressed prior to closing. The service was friendly, timely and reasonably priced. Best of all, my fears were unfounded! I would definitely recommend using these guys.

Few days back I was going through the reviews and wondering whom to choose for our 'Laundry tub/ Kitchen line Clog' problem. Somehow I liked reviews for Mayday and called Roy and explained the problem. Roy asked me few questions and understanding the problem gave me a quote (as per my expectation) over the phone. As promised Roy came on time and was right into the problem. First the clogged water from the tub was removed with industrial vacuum cleaner, then the tough clog was snaked/ flushed out after 3 iteration. Best part was Roy made sure that Clog was fully removed and took proper time and effort/ iterations to ensure the same. Roy is a pleasant gentleman and I would highly recommend him.

We had a complete stoppage of our drain, which caused any of our bathroom wastes to back up in the basement (ick!). Roy was able to come the next day, and cleared out the "elbow" that goes between the house drain and the main line outside. He informed me that the elbow was old and probably could use replacement, but as long as clearing it out works, I could probably go without (since replacement would be thousands of dollars).

He was honest, effective, and with extremely reasonable rates. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone!

Roy was able to quickly come across town on short notice to do a drain pipe locate and advise me on some work that another contractor was performing. He also got me out of a tight spot with this same contractor who was being completely unreasonable with the work he was billing me for. Roy Gibson did a excellent job on fixing my basement drainage problem. He used the camera to find the water overflow problem and used the snake to clean up the grease in the drain. Also, he identified the root cause of it and suggested us how to prevent the problem. I appreciated his professionalism and definitely I will recommend him to my friends.
