Roy was able to quickly come across town on short notice to do a drain pipe locate and advise me on some work that another contractor was performing. He also got me out of a tight spot with this same contractor who was being completely unreasonable with the work he was billing me for. I was hugely appreciative for Roy's help and I will definitely call him in the future!
