We had them to do the roof replacing 2 years ago, and it started leaking in Sept this year. the roof is under warranty, and they refuse admit their fault even we have the third party roofer provides the inspection result. During the inspection, the third party also found they were not performing on the work against the supposed to be on the contract. no R.U.S.S strip installed around the perimeter of the roof, pavers were not installed on pedestals which used to create a water channels to allow water under a paver to the drain location.
We tried call and email them but no responses at all, and we have to hire some one to put a tarp on the roof to avoid the further damage.
If you don't want to end up in our situation, avoid this company, avoid this company!!

Newer roof with existing repair patch had failed and damaged drywall ceiling in bathroom. A previous company had done a poor job of repair.
I searched on google for a roofing company close to me and found Macbeth.
I contacted them through email and had a quick response by their Service Manager.
He requested I send some pictures of old patch and spot where I wanted to put a bathroom fan termination in same area.
I was given a quote online promptly and was told of around a 2 to 3 week lead time due to crappy weather lately to do work. Quote was very competitive as I got 3 quotes before making my decision to go with Macbeth.
Techs were very professional and did great work. I also liked that they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use Macbeth in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

MacBeth re-did my roof about 10 years ago. I've had multiple leaks over the ensuing years in spite of the fact that the shingles are in good condition. When I called to book a repair they could not find a record of the original job in their computer system. After about a week they sent out a roofing technician to repair the problem. Roof leaked in the same place shortly after the repair.

Time to re-do the sub par work. One should not need to replace a roof within this time period. Won't be calling this company back a second time!

Macbeth arrived as scheduled and promptly removed our old cedar shingles and applied a sparkling new asphalt shingle roof and did a very professional job. After 5 days all the rubbish was removed from our site and we are very pleased

Macbeth roofing came out to inspect the rot damaged fascia board at the front of our house in 2013. Instead of replacing the fascia board they suggested that metal fascia coverings plus all new gutter cap flashing could be installed to protect the damaged area. They used a beautifully designed product that locks in place. The install went well, and when they ran into a problem with their installer they were quick to call another company to finish the job. The product and work still looks good 4 years later. Thank you!
