We always insist on closing new customers’ pools to prevent any damage to equipment, liner or water quality, therefore if anything does occur we will take full responsibility and rectify the problems

Unfortunately when something is requested on a contract and signed we order it as soon as possible to ensure our customers get prompt service. We understand people change their minds about items but we then have to reorder and that takes time which we can not expedite in timely fashion.
