Jia Jia Moving

Jia Jia moving---do not use. I have moved several times, the movers themselves did not know what they were doing. Never have I moved the the mover could not even put a matteress frame together. Also a great deal of damage was caused and they would not even come out to see it. They are the worst.

A co-worker told me he had used Jia Jia twice and that you were great both times. The first time you helped him out of a jam when the original company he had hired bailed the day of. I had already called 2 other companies and one was too expensive and the other said they couldn't help on short notice (a week and 1/2 ahead of time). You guys had great prices and were very friendly on the phone so I felt comfortable going with you.Very happy with Jia Jia. Phone receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Movers were on time, and worked efficiently. Price was great and affordable. Will def intel recommend to friends.

We were moving from a 3 bdrm to 4 bdrm house and had over 200 boxes. Their movers were efficient, friendly, and very careful. Since it rained for a short period during the move, they were kind enough to remove their shoes when going up to the carpeted bedrooms. Very Satisfied with this experience and would definitely recommend Jia Jia to all my friends and colleagues.

Efficient, courteous, and reliable - words to describe Johnson and his team from JiaJia. I called at least 6 other companies, but thanks to Homestar reviews, I found JiaJia to have the most reliable reputation and reasonable price. They did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend JiaJia to anyone.

Movers were half an hour early and the concierge was strict about the time for putting the elevator on service. Mover accommodated this by commencing billing 15 mins prior to start time. Movers had good energy and enthusiasm for the job. Always nice to see.
Receptionist was always nice, professional and answered all my questions. Greatly appreciated.
