Jia Jia moving---do not use. I have moved several times, the movers themselves did not know what they were doing. Never have I moved the the mover could not even put a matteress frame together. Also a great deal of damage was caused and they would not even come out to see it. They are the worst.

Hey Mark, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I've checked with Customer care department and I think I know which case is yours. Unfortunately all claims has to be reported within 7 days after the move, and your claim report came in almost a month after. It's very hard for movers to recall what happened even if onsite visit occurred and insurance certainly won't cover after the time limit has passed. But I believe our Customer Care department is working on some compensations with you at the moment.
